Delete your Belzo account

You can ask us to delete your Belzo account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@belzo.in from the Google email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Belzo account".
2. We will confirm your request by replying to that email.
3. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Your sign-in account with our authentication provider

What we keep

Records of completed orders and payments are kept, with personal details removed where possible, for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
